Parks and gardens.

New Zealanders pride themselves in preserving nature as it ought to be. There are several World Heritage Parks as well as many National Parks. Apart from this all cities and even the smallest of towns have parks and gardens. All of which are maintained immaculately.

In fact, such is the passion in Christchurch, that it is affectionately called "The Garden City". Christchurch City is believed to have more parks and gardens and recreational areas than any other city in the world! The following is just a small sample of what is actually available.
